Refund policy

Every new account gets a 14-day Premium trial, so you can try everything before paying anything.

Cancelling

You can cancel Premium at any time from the billing page. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

Refunds

Part-used periods are not usually refunded, because access continues until the period ends. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or could not use Premium because of a problem on our side, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we will put it right.

How to ask

Email support@inkmylife.in from the address on your account with the date of the charge. We aim to reply within 3 working days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Your records

A refund or cancellation never deletes anything. Every child, record, document and portfolio stays in your account.
